Sidewalk Chalk Celebration, Cooper Union
Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art: Saturday Program students create chalk drawings outside The Cooper Union in April 2014 as part of the Program’s 45th Annual Exhibition.
The Saturday program, an integral part of Cooper Union’s School of art for many years, provides free visual arts training to hundreds of talented New York City high school students, many of whom come from households unable to afford costly private studio training and attend schools that offer limited or no visual arts programs.
